Use either of the following two methods to confirm your HP iPAQ Mobile Messenger model ID: Method 1: Power On the HP iPAQ Mobile Messenger and tap Start, then tap Settings, then tap the System tab, then tap HP Asset Viewer, and then tap the System tab. Method 2: With the HP iPAQ Mobile Messenger Powered Off, remove the battery cover and the battery. The model ID number is printed on a sticker that is located under the battery.
