Camera Control Pro 2 Ver. 2.7.0 and later

ViewNX Ver. 1.5.1 and later

Nikon Transfer Ver. 1.5.2 and later

Thumbnail Selector Ver. 1.1.4 and later

Products for which firmware updates were released in or after January 2010

Modifications enabled with Ver. 2.0.0:

In addition to a function that automatically acquires update information when supported Nikon software applications are launched, a function that acquires update information with system login has been added.

A function for enabling and disabling automatic acquisition of update information has been added.

A function that displays update information in the notification window when update information is automatically acquired has been added. In addition, notification window display timing can now be specified.

A function for switching the language used for application control and display has been added. The languages available vary by region.

Only information regarding software and firmware updates is now received via Nikon Message Center 2.

Only a title, date, category, and a link to download destination are displayed with update information. Further details are not displayed. Additional details will be noted on download pages accessed via links provided.

Users now select the category of Nikon products, rather than specific products from the My Products panel, for which they will receive firmware update information.

A function that directly installs software updates has not been included.
